Yuetung Electronic Toys Ltd. (裕通電子製品有限公司). Founded September 15, 1984 in Shenzhen, with the Hong Kong trading entity established in 1988. Pivoted to electronic toys (RC cars, planes, submarines) in 2003 and obtained Disney and ICTI certifications the same year. Equipped with 46 YIZUMI/APOLLO injection machines, 100 spray booths, 500+ skilled technicians, 7,000+ jigs/fixtures/precision tooling, and 15,000+ sqm facility. Shenzhen Factory Established
On Sep 15, 1984, Yuetung established its Shenzhen factory specializing in plastic and hardware toy manufacturing — laying the precision-manufacturing foundation.
Yuetung Hong Kong Trading Co. Founded
Established the Hong Kong trading entity as the international gateway for global brand partnerships and exports.
Electronics Pivot
Began producing electronic toys (RC cars, RC planes, submarines) and introduced the first wave of factory automation.
nanoblock Mass Production
Began mass-producing Kawada nanoblock micro-blocks. Automated counting was used to prevent missing pieces.
Second-Generation Automation
Launched 2nd-gen automation upgrade — robotic arms, automated sorting, and smart counting systems deployed across all production lines.
Universal Studios Japan Merchandise
Began producing USJ theme-park exclusives — popcorn buckets and limited-edition merchandise.

Injection Molding Fleet
46 YIZUMI & APOLLO machines with robotic arms (88T-350T full tonnage range) — handling ABS, PVC, SAN Resin, food-grade PP/PE. Dedicated PVC machines with anti-corrosion screws.
UV Printing & Surface Treatment
TRA 2512Pro industrial UV flatbed printer for full-color direct printing on acrylic, plastic and wood. Plus multi-pass spray painting and pad printing lines.
Hybrid Assembly Matrix
500+ skilled workers on powered conveyor lines for complex multi-component IP figures, combined with cleanroom assembly for LED/PCB electronics.
In-House Testing Lab
ISTA-grade vibration tester and drop test equipment. IPQC in-line inspection plus 100% final QC (FQC/OQC) for appearance and function.
Automated Counting System
MCGS-controlled vibrating bowl counting matrix with photo-electric sensors count every pack, with weight checks to prevent missing or mixed-up pieces in micro blocks and blind box components.
Cleanroom
Cleanroom equipped with air shower — a high-standard sanitary production zone purpose-built for children's and food-contact toys. Prevents dust, bacteria, hair and other contaminants from settling on toy surfaces, safeguarding hygiene throughout production and ensuring shipped toys meet children's health standards.
