Anti-Static Cleanroom · End-to-End Quality Control
IQC — Incoming Material Control
Raw material inspection and verification. All plastic pellets, electronic components and packaging materials tested against specifications before entering production.
IPQC — In-Process Monitoring
Dedicated QC inspectors patrol assembly lines. Flash/burr inspection, paint color accuracy, assembly process monitoring, adhesive bond strength — all monitored in real-time.
FQC — Final Assembly Inspection
100% appearance and function inspection on every finished product. Color matching, assembly completeness, mechanism testing — nothing ships without full verification.
OQC — Outgoing Sample Inspection
Final sampling inspection before shipment. Labels, barcodes, quantity counts and protective packaging confirmed before sealing.
QA — Testing & Safety
In-house QA team runs product function, safety and transport stress tests — including ISTA vibration simulation and drop testing — to verify compliance with international safety standards.
QE — Quality Engineering
Senior Quality Engineers drive continuous improvement — root-cause analysis of defects, corrective action plans, line operator training — elevating quality from after-the-fact inspection to upfront prevention.
Chemical Testing & International Certification
We partner with four major publicly-listed testing laboratories to provide chemical safety reports that meet international standards for every batch
