Yuetung Electronic Toys is a Shenzhen toy factory founded in 1984. Copies of our ISO 9001, ICTI and BSCI certificates are available on request, and we have Disney FAMA audit experience. Our products are built and tested to EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, CE, FCC, REACH and RoHS, and for Japan to the ST toy safety standard, with food-grade PP/PE that complies with the FDA and Japan's Food Sanitation Act. Packaging is verified to ISTA 1A/2A transport tests before shipment.

Quality management, working conditions and licensor audits — independent proof that the factory itself can be trusted.
ISO 9001:2015
Copy on request- What it is
- The international standard for quality management systems. Our controls — from incoming material inspection through in-process and outgoing checks — are audited by an independent body.
- Why it matters to you
- It is evidence that quality stays consistent across lots, and that when a defect appears, root-cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) are built into how we work.
ICTI
Copy on request- What it is
- The toy industry's international ethical manufacturing program (ICTI Ethical Toy Program), auditing working hours, wages, health and safety. A copy of the current certificate is available on request.
- Why it matters to you
- Many toy brands and retailers require ICTI certification from their suppliers. It lets you document labor and human-rights risk in your supply chain for responsible-sourcing policies.
BSCI
Copy on request- What it is
- A European social-compliance audit system for supply chains, assessing workers' rights, health and safety, and environmental practices.
- Why it matters to you
- Often required for European export and by global brands. Together with ICTI, it gives you two independent layers of social-compliance assurance.
Disney FAMA
Audit experience- What it is
- Disney's Facility and Merchandise Authorization, required for any factory producing Disney-licensed products. We have Disney FAMA audit experience and have produced Disney-licensed merchandise.
- Why it matters to you
- Disney IP products must be made in FAMA-authorized facilities. Ask us and we will confirm the current status for your program.
NBCUniversal Approved Supplier
Approved supplier- What it is
- NBCUniversal approved supplier (factory-audit waiver granted 2014); producing Universal Studios Japan (USJ) theme-park merchandise since 2018.
- Why it matters to you
- Theme-park exclusives and popcorn buckets for Universal properties are made by a team with hands-on USJ program experience.
International Toy Safety Standards
We test to the rules of each destination market, working with third-party labs including SGS, Intertek, BV and CMA.
EN 71 (EU)
Compliant- What it is
- The European Union's toy safety standard, covering mechanical and physical properties, flammability and migration of certain elements.
- Why it matters to you
- Required to sell in the EU. Our in-house lab includes EN71 drop-test and dead-weight equipment.
ASTM F963 / CPSIA (US)
Compliant- What it is
- ASTM F963 is the US toy safety standard; CPSIA is the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, including small-parts, lead and phthalate rules.
- Why it matters to you
- Essential for North America. Our lab has ASTM small-parts cylinders and rattle testers, so issues are caught before mass production.
CE / FCC
Compliant- What it is
- CE is the European conformity marking for product safety; FCC is the US regulation for radio frequency and electromagnetic compatibility.
- Why it matters to you
- Relevant to any toy with lights, sound or remote control — electronic toys have been our specialty since 2003.
REACH / RoHS
Compliant- What it is
- REACH is the EU chemicals regulation; RoHS restricts hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
- Why it matters to you
- Controls the chemistry of paints, resins and electronic parts. We hold an NQA RoHS Certificate of Conformity for electronic toys.
Japan Market Compliance
Japan is our primary export market. These two requirements are designed in from the first concept, not added at the end.
ST Standard (Japan Toy Safety)
Japan- What it is
- The ST standard is the toy safety standard set by the Japan Toy Association, covering mechanical and physical safety, flammability and chemical properties. Toys that pass may carry the ST Mark.
- Why it matters to you
- Many Japanese retailers expect ST compliance before they will list a toy. We design and test to the ST standard and have produced Japan-market products such as Medicom Toy's BE@RBRICK. Displaying the ST Mark itself requires the Japan Toy Association's inspection procedure — ask us per product.
Food-Grade PP/PE — FDA & Japan Food Sanitation Act
Japan- What it is
- Food-contact products such as theme-park popcorn buckets are made from food-grade PP/PE that complies with the US FDA and Japan's Food Sanitation Act.
- Why it matters to you
- Food-contact items must meet food law on top of toy safety rules. We produce popcorn buckets for Universal Studios Japan and handle everything from material selection to third-party lab testing.
Transport & Packaging Testing
Quality has to survive the trip — so we verify packaging before it leaves the factory.
ISTA 1A / 2A
Tested in-house- What it is
- Transport test procedures from the International Safe Transit Association. 1A/2A simulate vibration and drops to evaluate packaging.
- Why it matters to you
- Our in-house vibration and drop testers verify packaging so products arrive intact after around 30 days of ocean freight.
