What We Make
Focused on rigid, injection-molded products.
PVC & ABS figures
Character figures, mini figures and dioramas — precision injection molding finished with hand painting, spray painting and pad printing.
Blind box & capsule mini figures
Series mini figures with triple verification — auto counting, electronic weight check and barcode scan — to control hidden-edition ratios and prevent missing pieces.
Vinyl (PVC) figures
PVC is molded on dedicated machines with anti-corrosion screws — ideal for soft-touch figures and flexible parts.
Premium collectibles
Large, multi-part and articulated collectibles, including BE@RBRICK 400%/1000% and ROBOT SPIRITS.
Micro building blocks (nanoblock)
Designated nanoblock manufacturer for Kawada since 2011 — micro-part precision molding with photoelectric automated counting.
Products & Factory

Materials
We recommend the right material for the finish, strength and use of your product.
- ABS
- High-strength engineering plastic — the core material for figure bodies and structural parts.
- PVC
- Flexible material, molded on dedicated anti-corrosion-screw machines.
- SAN Resin
- Crystal-clear material for transparent parts, display cases and light-transmitting components.
- Silicone / TPE
- High-elasticity material for soft accessories and protective parts.
- Die-cast metal
- Adds weight, premium feel and joint durability to collectibles.
- Food-grade PP/PE
- FDA and Japan Food Sanitation Act compliant — for food-contact containers and novelties.
How We Work
Six stages from first inquiry to after-sales support.
- 01
NDA & quotation
After signing an NDA/NNN, send 3D files (STP/IGS/STEP), 2D drawings, BOM, Pantone colors and expected quantity. We quote tooling cost and unit price within 24–48 hours.
- 02
DFM, prototyping & tooling
A DFM report covers gates, parting lines, draft angles and more; SLA/CNC prototypes are available. T1 samples take 25–45 working days (simple molds from 20 days), with 2–3 free modification rounds.
- 03
Color matching & pilot run
Pantone C card → 3–5 color chips → D65 light-box sign-off. A 300–500 unit pilot run locks in SOPs and jigs before you approve the golden sample.
- 04
Safety testing & compliance
EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA and more via SGS, Intertek or TÜV. Disney FAMA is supported for Disney IP products.
- 05
Mass production & QC
In-line IPQC every 2 hours and 100% final inspection (AQL Level II). Weekly production reports; on-site QA and third-party DUPRO welcome.
- 06
Packing, shipping & after-sales
ISTA 1A/2A-tested packaging, shipped FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong or EXW. Molds are stored rust- and moisture-proof for fast re-orders.

FAQ
What is the MOQ for custom figures?
For new tooling, typically 3,000–10,000 units depending on complexity. Re-orders can run at lower quantities.
How long does it take to get a sample?
T1 samples typically take 25–45 working days after tooling starts; simple molds can be ready in as little as 20 days. 2–3 modification rounds are included free.
Do you make plush toys?
No. We are an injection-molding factory and do not make plush, fabric or sewn products. We can propose a PVC or ABS figure version instead.
Which safety standards do you comply with?
ST Mark (Japan), EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH and RoHS, with testing through labs such as SGS, Intertek and TÜV.
Who owns the molds?
You do — 100%. Molds are never shared and can be transferred at any time with 2D/3D drawings and rust-proof packaging.
