Challenge
CASETiFY required a complex 3D helmet-shaped AirPods case that perfectly reproduced EVA-01's iconic purple and green colors while maintaining precise fit tolerance for the charging case.
Solution
We developed a custom multi-cavity mold with tight tolerances, used precision injection molding with ABS/PVC/Silicone, and implemented Pantone color matching across multiple spray passes.
Result
Delivered on schedule with 99.8% QC pass rate. The product became one of CASETiFY's best-selling anime collaboration items.
